Our Dental Services
Teeth Cleaning Exams
There are several dental procedures that you may have heard referred to as "Dental Cleanings." Some of these procedures are performed to prevent periodontal disease from occurring (Preventative), while others are performed to either stop or reverse the effects of the periodontal disease process (therapeutic).
Root Canals
Your dentist uses root canal treatment to find the cause and then treat problems of the tooth's soft core (the dental pulp). Years ago, teeth with diseased or injured pulps were removed. Today, root canal treatment has given dentists a safe way of saving teeth.
Oral Surgery
We provide our patients with most oral surgery services including routine extractions and wisdom tooth removal. Most oral surgery procedures go very well, take less than an hour and are done in our office.
Champagne Dental Club
For those without dental insurance, and those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, Hitzel Dental offers a convenient in-house financing plan to help offset your dental care costs.
In House Lab
We have our own lab on site which gives the dentist complete control of your treatment and allows the dentist to make time-saving esthetic adjustments, without the inconvenience of making a new appointment.
Juvederm Injectable Gel
Injectable gel is for injection into areas of facial tissue where moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds occur to temporarily add volume to the skin, especially around the nose and mouth.
Botox Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic is the first and only FDA-approved prescription product that temporarily improves the appearance of both moderate to severe frown lines between the brows and moderate to severe crow's feet in adults.
Oral Hygiene Recommendations
By taking care of your teeth, eating a balanced diet and visiting your dentist regularly, you can have healthy teeth and an attractive smile your entire life. Follow these tips to keep your teeth and mouth clean:
Periodontal Disease
If you have been told you have periodontal (gum) disease, you’re not alone. Many adults in the U.S. currently have some form of the disease. Periodontal diseases range from simple gum inflammation to serious disease that results in major damage to the soft tissue and bone that support the teeth. In the worst cases, teeth are lost.
Teeth Whitening
Brightening and whitening are more common than ever before, and for good reason, as the costs are reasonable today and the process doesn't have to be complicated. As us about our Zoom Day Specials!!
Dental Implants
After undergoing this multi-step process, many patients find they have a better feeling, better looking, and more stable solution to their tooth loss than more traditional dental reconstructive approaches.
Dentures/Partials
Tired of living with dentures or missing teeth? Find out if you are a candidate for surgical dental implants!
Dental Bonding
Dental bonding on the anterior or front teeth is an excellent method for repairing minor imperfections such as chips and stains. It can also be used to fill gaps between the teeth called diastemas. Although no cosmetic dentistry procedure can take the place of good oral and periodontal hygiene, dental bonding can brighten your smile quickly and easily.
Gum Therapy
There are several new treatments for gum disease, such as Atridox and PerioChip, and Arestin. These treatments destroy bacteria, which left untreated, will cause gum disease. The treatments are applied directly to affected areas and continue working over time.
Crown/Bridge
Crowns and bridges are two restorative techniques that repair damaged or missing teeth. They restore tooth function and appearance. The use of crowns and bridges also avoids shifting teeth that can happen after a tooth is lost. By maintaining or restoring the patient's bite and their smile the effects of the tooth damage or loss are reversed.
Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers cover the front of your teeth with a very thin, yet surprisingly durable shell. These custom-made veneers can cover space between teeth, or help cosmetically correct crooked teeth, teeth that have been damaged or are discolored or teeth that are not shaped as well as you would like.
